Incentive Program

Flat dollar rebate based on total actualized room nights as outlined below. Can be used toward the event expenses for F&B, transportation, audio-visual services, etc.

Visit Colorado Springs Rebate Incentive Program:

• $500 for 100–250 total room nights actualized
• $1,000 for 251–500 total room nights actualized
• $1,500 for 501–750 total room nights actualized
• $2,000 for 751–1,000 total room nights actualized
• 1001+ rooms: Please contact us to discuss additional funding and services.

• Group Size Requirements: Incentive available to groups booking a minimum of 100 rooms over at least 2 nights.
  • *Groups with less than 100 rooms, please contact us directly to discuss funding levels.
• Eligibility: This offer is valid for NEW bookings only.
• Is applicable to groups with stay dates from November 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027, 2028 or 2029.
• Final eligibility will be determined by Visit Colorado Springs.
• Lead Source Requirement: Leads must be registered with VISIT COLORADO SPRINGS prior to contract signing, and the booking must be confirmed through VISIT COLORADO SPRINGS sales team. Any bookings not sourced through VISIT COLORADO SPRINGS are not eligible for this incentive.
• Payment: Hotel final invoice must be paid in full prior to reimbursement. Groups must send a W-9 prior to booking.
• Program Modification: VISIT COLORADO SPRINGS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Incentives for bookings confirmed prior to changes will be honored per the original terms.
• Contract Terms: Incentives are subject to hotel availability and applicable contract terms and conditions. Blackout dates may apply. Incentive payouts are dependent on group actualization.
