Located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, the 3,000-square-foot UCCS Downtown Site is a perfect spot for meetings, events, lectures, conferences and more! Equipped with the most up to date technology, the Downtown Site can accommodate most A/V needs for presentations and video conferences.
The UCCS Downtown classroom is a flexible presentation and collaboration space. It has a large screen TV that connects to both Apple and PC computers, as well as a projector and screen. The room can seat up to 40 people, and the tables and chairs can be arranged in any configuration.
The conference room comes with a large screen TV that can connect to both Apple and PC computers. It seats up to 18 people, and is perfect for smaller group meetings, video conferences and discussions.
The lounge is a bright, roomy area which seats up to 24 people around 6 tables and additional participants on comfortable lounge chairs. It also has a cozy “study space” and complimentary coffee bar. The lounge can be rearranged for receptions, cocktail hours and large group events.
Use of the space is completely free of charge, and all three spaces can be reserved separately or together. However, reservations are limited to three months in the future for non-UCCS entities. Catering through UCCS is required for any food needs over $150.
