Glen Eyrie Castle

Just minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, Glen Eyrie is the original estate of the city’s founder, General William Jackson Palmer. Today, the property is proudly owned by the Navigators –an international Christian Ministry.

Glen Eyrie's 800-acres features the historic Castle and modern lodges. With its towering rock formations, lush lawns, gardens, and wildlife, there is always something new to discover. Guests with reservations also have access to exclusive private hiking trails around the property, yard games, hammocks, and more.

Day Guests

Attend the historic Tour of the property, led by guides knowledge in Navigators and Colorado Springs history. Tours are held daily and are approximately 90 minutes in length. Reservations are required. Please visit the Glen Eyrie website for more details.

Overnight Guests

Guests may choose to stay in one of 17 castle rooms, each featuring period-style decor. Multiple lodges throughout the property are a perfect getaway for families and those seeking the serenity of the property coupled with a simpler feel. Overnight guests also enjoy complimentary breakfast for two.
