Sound Bath for Fear & Tension Release
December 7, 2025 4:00 PM –5:30 PM
Event Summary
Fear and tension can build quietly over time — in the body, in the breath, and in the mind. This session is a gentle space to set that weight down.
The soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments help slow brainwave activity and settle the nervous system. As your body shifts out of “fight or flight,” muscles soften, breathing deepens, and stored tension can finally begin to release. Many people notice that sound makes it easier to relax because it bypasses overthinking and communicates directly with the parts of the brain tied to fear and stress.
During this session, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where your system can unwind at its own pace. You may feel emotional heaviness loosen, mental chatter quiet, or a sense of clarity return — without needing to force anything.
This gathering is ideal if you’ve been feeling on edge, overwhelmed, or stuck in high alert.Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and supported from within.
