Southern Colorado In Harmony Festival

The Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale will be joined by elementary choir members from schools throughout the Pikes Peak Region for the Southern Colorado In Harmony Festival with special guests, the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony.

A record 563 students are participating in workshops and rehearsals on April 23 and 24, 2018, and the public is encouraged to attend a concert finale at 7 p.m. on April 25, 2018, at the Pikes Peak Center.

A record number of schools will be represented from Widefield School District 3, including: Talbott STEAM Innovation School, Venetucci Elementary, Webster Elementary, Widefield Elementary, Pinello Elementary, Sunrise Elementary. D-11 will be well-represented by Chipeta Elementary, Columbia Elementary, Rudy Elementary, Scott Elementary. District 20 participants include: High Plains Elementary, Ranch Creek Elementary, The Classical Academy Cottage School. District 49’s Imagine Classical Academy students will attend along with District 2’s Bricker Elementary, and singers from the
Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind.

The High Altitude Youth Chorus (a satellite program of the CSCC) will represent students from Manitou Springs Elementary School and Ute Pass Elementary from District 14.
