This 2 hour special class will be experienced among the beautiful backdrop of the Rocky Mountain Front Range, as native birds soar above and dragonflies buzz over the water.
This stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga class will be a blend of gentle flows and restorative postures. We'll close the class with a deeply relaxing, floating Savasana and guided meditation.
Next, we'll enjoy a healthful lunch delivered to us on our boards, on the lake. Then, we'll embark on a leisurely paddle of the lake on our casual way back to shore.
No experience with yoga or paddleboarding necessary. All levels welcome.
Requirements: 18+ years of age. Ability to swim unassisted.
