Arting with Jess, presented by Cottonwood at Kreuser Gallery, is an open-studio-opportunity to work on artwork in progress or start a new piece. Every open studio will feature an inspiring still life set-up, available input from an experienced teacher, and the company of other artists of all skill levels.
It is recommended that you have taken at least one art course prior to participation in an open studio, as step-by-step instructions is not provided, but all skill levels and mediums are welcome.
If you have a piece that you've hit a roadblock on, and want a nudge in the right direction to bring it to completion, or if you want to work side by side with other artists in a fun environment, open studio is for you!
This will be an organic open artistic environment, where you can work at your own pace and grow by asking questions and being open to the influence of other creative voices in the room.
Come listen to music, make new friends, and make art in a fresh and lively setting!
A limited amount of table-top easels are provided on a first come-first served basis, or bring your own. Please bring your own art supplies.
