Colorado Springs Showcases 55 Attractions in 5 Days

What is there to do in Colorado Springs, CO? The answer goes on for days – literally.

Colorado Springs and the surrounding region have a mind-boggling number of unique things to do and see. There are over 60 man-made and natural attractions to discover in the area, and there is no possible way for any mere mortal to experience them all in just one trip. Three ladies, Tracy, Chelsy and Sarah, decided they were up for the challenge. They visited a total of 55 of these exciting attractions over a span of five days. Their journey included traveling back in time at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, spelunking in curious Cave of the Winds, speeding down a zip line, rafting the rapids of the Arkansas River, tasting the healing Manitou Mineral Springs, panning for gold and howling with wolves. The attraction extravaganza is chronicled via five videos and multiple photos that will be featured on Colorado Springs’ social media channels including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Flickr.

The public is invited to enter the “55 in 5” sweepstakes for a chance to win a dream Colorado Springs getaway to experience many of these highlighted activities and stay at The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Resort or Crowne Plaza. The sweepstakes, hosted on the Colorado Springs Facebook Page, will take entries from February 7 to March 9, 2012. No purchase necessary. Offer void where prohibited.
