Tourism Funding Analysis
In 2014, the Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) commissioned Tourism Economics, a nationally recognized research firm concentrating on the tourism industry, to conduct a fact-based analysis. The goal of the analysis was to examine local destination marketing funding and, if additional funds were recommended, to research methods by which those funds could be raised.
