Ten deluxe cottages nestled on three acres in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Stunning views of Pikes Peak with a small mountain stream. Our cottages rest on three acres in a quiet area surrounded by grass and shade trees. We provide recreation for all ages, including playground, volleyball/badminton, basketball, game room, heated swimming pool with slide, and hot tub for adults. Barbeque grills, picnic tables, and coin-operated guest laundry are also available.

Our location is central to all the scenic attractions. Within two miles you will find the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, Historic Downtown Manitou Springs, Miramont Castle, hiking trails, and horseback riding.
