The first bed and breakfast in Manitou Springs, the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast has been a part of the historic downtown since 1886. Part of our historic property is a separate 2 unit Carriage House providing additional space and privacy for extended stays or family style vacationing, reunions and weddings. Each unit has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchens, neatly appointed living rooms with trundle bed and bedroom with Queen Size bed with private bath.

Scrumptious full breakfast is made and served each morning, with dietary needs fully accommodated, low fat, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free. Homemade cookies, complimentary bottled water and snacks are provided. Hot tub is on the back patio garden with BBQ. Air conditioned/ fireplaces, HDTV/DVD, secured wireless and guest computer with printer, with fax on site.
