ARWAV is within walking distance of four parks, many fast food / take-out establishments, plus a myriad of coffee shops, gift and book stores, shops and museums that beautiful downtown Colorado Springs has to offer. We are also close to Colorado College!

ARWAV is close to the interstate, as well as north-south, east-west arteries that will zip you to your favorite attraction. Pedestrian and bike paths are just minutes away from the front porch. The bus stop is a block away.

ARWAV is close, quiet, and clean. ARWAV has flexible breakfast options, and washer / dryer availability. We furnish you with a microwave and fridge for your convenience. We have TV's upon request. Coffee maker. Garage available for bicycles and motorcycles. Sorry, there is no smoking inside, but outside is OK.
