Get to Memorial Park bright and early for the opening ceremony at 6:30 am, with the first wave of inflations beginning at 7 am. After all the launches are complete, stick around for the entire morning both Saturday and Sunday to enjoy watching the Wings of Blue U.S. Air Force Skydiving Team Demonstration, an Ultimate Frisbee Exhibition, and Paddle Boarding sessions on Prospect Lake. You can even purchase a ride from Rainbow Ryders for an experience of a lifetime.
Evening sessions begin at 6:30 pm with another demonstration Saturday from the Wings of Blue, live entertainment both Saturday and Sunday by Suga Bear and the Showtime Band, and then prepare to have your breath taken away as the balloons glow underneath the night sky.
Don't forget to check out all the scrumptious food vendor fare, as well as the retail vendors where you can pick up an item or two to remember this truly special event.
