2016 Thanksgiving Dinners

 Get ready for some good ole fashioned Thanksgiving brunches! With nearly every food your heart desires, these Thanksgiving specials in Colorado Springs will certainly give you your fill.

Enjoy an amazing Thanksgiving Brunch at Hotel Elegante Conference & Event Center that includes (but is not limited to) fruit and cheeses, french toast, scrambled eggs, roasted turkey, prime rib, brown sugar & maple Carver ham, a variety of salads, green beans and herb & garlic stuffing. Have a Downtown Colorado Springs Thanksgiving brunch with all the fixin's at Springs Orleans. Their holiday menu includes, but is not limited to, creole deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, cajun fried turkey, Berkshire ham,  Louisiana chicken and andouille gumbo with white rice, and an array of holiday favorite desserts.

Add bottomless mimosas for an additional cost.

Chef's Thanksgiving Menu at MacKenzie's Chop House includes but is not limited to fresh walnut banana bread, butternut squash soup, prime rib, ham steak or turkey roast with all of the traditional fixin's. Finish the meal with a slice of pumpkin pie, apple crisp ala mode, or New York cheesecake.

The Ritz Grill's special Thanksgiving dinner & after party prix fixe menu includes a house salad, oven roasted turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, holiday stuffing, cranberry sauce, green beans and dinner roll. Top your meal off with a slice of pumpkin pie. The traditional meal without all the hard work on your part.

Flatiron's Prix Fixe menu will certainly please the palate and the pocketbook. Start with a bread basket and your choice of soup or salad, choice of entree including classic turkey roast or roast beef and include all the traditional sides, including stuffing, mashed potatoes and the like. Then savor your choice of dessert: pumpkin pie, new york cheescake with mixed berries or Tucker's Delight.

The Academy Hotel has developed a mouth-watering menu for this Thanksgiving feast. Featured specialties include, but are not limited to Slow Roasted Turkey with Gravy, Prime Rib, Glazed Ham, Seared Salmon with Blackberry Glaze, Omelet Station and Jumbo Shrim. Traditional sides like Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Candied Yams and Cranberry Sauce share the table with other delicious side dishes. Assorted holiday cakes, pies, apple crip and a chocolate fountain are offered for dessert. Champagne, Mimosas, and Bloody Mary's are also available.

The Thanksgiving Brunch menu at the Antlers Hotel will satisfy every appetite. Offerings include but are not limited to items fresh from the bakery like scones, danish and muffins. Omelets, eggs, and waffles are cooked to order. Roasted prime rib and turkey breast tempt the palate. Other selections include salads, smoked salmon, a raw bar with shrimp, mussels, clams and more, clam chowder, and potato dishes. The dessert station avails assorted pastries, cakes, dessert shoots and live-action cherries jubliee and bananas foster.

M Lazy C Ranch is offering their Thanksgiving Dinner menu including turkey or ham, potato filling, green bean casserole, Pennsylvania dutch dried corn, pumpkin pie and more.

The Chamber Singers reprise the sing-along of the Christmas section of Handel's Messiah, and present other great holiday music as well. Located at First Christian Church.

In 1947, a tradition began at Seven Falls to promote the canyon at night when alternating colored and white lights illuminated the waters, much to the delight of locals and visitors worldwide.  On Saturday, November 19, the much-loved, multi-colored display returns for the holiday season as Seven Falls celebrates the second annual Winter Lights event.  More than 100,000 individual lights will line the path leading to the Falls, and this year, colored lights will also adorn the cliff faces of the Pillars of Hercules, making for not only a festive atmosphere, but a photographer’s dream locale for holiday family photos.
